Llŷn Menopause is a new private clinic based on the Llŷn Peninsula in Nefyn North Wales.

We offer video or in person consultations by arrangement.

We aim to provide the time and support to discuss symptoms and treatment options in a holistic manner for perimenopause and menopause.

Advice on life style, and modifications that can help improve symptoms and optimise general health.
Discuss complementary & alternative therapies, and non hormonal treatment options.
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) guidance on treatment options and private prescription.
Advice on treatment options and prescription for genitourinary syndrome of the menopause.
Testosterone assessment during HRT review and treatment if indicated as per guidelines.
Detailed clinic letter with treatment plan. Supportive resources to help and guide you.
