Amanda Worsey.

RGN, RM, MSc, ACP, NMP.

I am an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Specialist.  I hold the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care from the British Menopause Society. My passion for menopause care has been shaped through years of clinical practice, including my role as dedicated  menopause specialist within a large private organisation where I gained significant expertise and advanced training.  I am committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care to support women through all stages of the menopause transition.

I chose to establish my own private menopause clinic within my local community in North Wales, driven by my passion to support women through this important stage of life. My aim is to share my knowledge and expertise, providing evidence-based information in a clear and compassionate way. I want every woman to feel empowered to make informed decisions about their individual menopause journey. Above all, I strive to offer a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for all who seek my care.

My professional background spans general nursing, midwifery, family planning, primary care—including  GP out-of-hours services and menopause care.   I hold a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from Bangor University, which enables me to practice autonomously as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber.

I am a member of the British Menopause Society, International Menopause Society, Primary Care Women’s Health Forum, National Association for Premenstrual Syndromes and the Royal College of Nursing.   I am a registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
